[0016] The preparation method of the activated alumina powder comprises: step 1, activation, baking the alumina at a high temperature of 300-400° C. for 1-5 hours in the air or under vacuum; Perform jet milling to obtain alumina powder with a particle diameter of 1-100 μm.

[0017] Alumina molecular sieves have a pore size of 3? or 4?, that is, a pore size of 3 angstroms or 4 angstroms, and 1 angstrom = 0.1nm. The alumina molecular sieve is prepared by a conventional method such as a hydrothermal synthesis method, and then activated, that is, the alumina molecular sieve is baked at a high temperature of 300-400° C. for 1-5 hours in air or under vacuum conditions.

[0018] Put the activated alumina powder or activated alumina molecular sieve into the reaction container, and then pass through the hydrogen chloride gas containing more than 1000ppm hydrogen fluoride gas to be treated, so that the hydrogen fluoride reacts with the alumina and is removed. Abstract

The invention discloses a method for removing a hydrogen fluoride gas in a hydrogen chloride gas by using aluminum oxide. The method comprises the step: making the hydrogen chloride gas containing the hydrogen fluoride gas pass through activated aluminum oxide powder or activated aluminum oxide molecular sieve to ensure that hydrogen fluoride reacts with aluminum oxide to be removed, wherein the reaction conditions are as follows: the temperature is -40 DEG C-200 DEG C, the reaction pressure is 0.1-5 MPa, and the reaction time is 30s-20min. A preparation method of the activated aluminum oxide powder comprises the steps: 1, activating, baking the aluminum oxide in air or vacuum condition at a temperature of 300-400 DEG C for 1-5 hours; and 2, performing airflow crushing on the activated aluminum oxide obtained in the step 1 to obtain aluminum oxide powder with a particle size of 1-100 mu m, wherein the pore diameter of the aluminum oxide molecular sieve is 3-4. The aluminum oxide molecular sieve is activated after being made. The method for removing the hydrogen fluoride gas in the hydrogen chloride gas by using the aluminum oxide, provided by the invention, provides a novel method for efficiently purifying hydrogen chloride, which has remarkable environment and economic values.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for removing hydrogen fluoride gas in hydrogen chloride gas, in particular to a method for removing hydrogen fluoride gas in hydrogen chloride gas by using aluminum oxide. Background technique [0002] R 134a is an HFC refrigerant that replaces R-12 (difluorodichloromethane), and its chemical composition is tetrafluoroethane. R 134a can be applied to new medium and high temperature stationary commercial refrigeration systems, such as water chillers and household refrigeration appliances. In addition, it can also be used to replace the existing R-12 refrigeration system and air conditioning system. It is also the global standard for new mobile air conditioners and can be used to replace existing R-12 mobile air conditioner systems. [0003] R-134a is the most widely used medium and low temperature environmentally friendly refrigerant, due to its good comprehensive performance: [0004] (1) Does not destroy the ozone ...
