Problems solved by technology

[0007] The acute oral toxicity of melamine is low, however, long-term or repeated intake of large amounts of melamine, the chances of suffering from kidney stones and even acute renal failure and bladder cancer will be greatly increased
There is no national standard method to detect melamine in eggs

Embodiment Construction

[0026] Synthesis of citrate-stabilized AgNPs:

[0027] Materials / Reagents: Silver nitrate, sodium citrate, and sodium borohydride were purchased from Beijing Chemical Reagent Company.

[0028] Synthetic method: All glassware were soaked in freshly prepared aqua regia for 24 hours, rinsed with distilled water, and dried at 80°C for later use. Add 600uL of 10mM NaBH to a 20ml mixed solution of 0.25mM silver nitrate and 0.25mM sodium citrate 4 solution while stirring vigorously. The solution gradually changed from colorless to dark gray, and a bright yellow solution was obtained after the reaction was complete (about 20 minutes). The solution was allowed to stand still for eight hours, filtered through a 0.4 μm microporous membrane, and refrigerated at 4°C for later use.

[0029] Results: The absorption spectrum of the obtained AgNPs had a maximum peak at 395nm, which was consistent with the literature reports.

Abstract

The invention discloses detection on melamine in hen eggs through the inner filtration effect of fluorescence and belongs to the technical field of analytical chemistry. The detection is characterized in that melamine is rapidly detected through the inner filtration effect of fluorescence between a quantum dot (ZnSe QSs) and a silver nano particle (AgNPs). The detection comprises the following steps: stably synthesizing AgNPs through citrate, synthesizing and purifying glutathione modified ZnSe QSs, observing a quantum dot-colloidal silver system of the melamine of different concentrations by using a fluorescence method, and detecting the melamine through fluorescence recovery of the quantum dot. By adopting the method, the melamine in hen eggs can be simply, rapidly and sensitively detected, great sensitivity is achieved, and convenience is brought to later research, production, monitoring and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention discloses the detection of melamine in eggs by using the fluorescent inner filter effect, belonging to the technical field of analytical chemistry. Background technique [0002] Cyromazine can inhibit the growth of Diptera insect larvae and pupae, so it is often used in pesticides, veterinary drugs and feed additives. Melamine is a by-product of the production of cyromazine and one of its metabolites. Melamine residues are frequently detected in fruits and vegetables sprayed with cyromazine, and in the urine of livestock ingested feed containing cyromazine. [0003] Cyromazine is often added to the feed of hens in order to reduce flies caused by chicken manure. Cyromazine will metabolize melamine in the hen, and there will be melamine in the eggs. [0004] Melamine C 3 h 6 N 6 , the molecular structure is shown below: [0005] [0006] Melamine is a trimer of aminonitrile, its molecule contains a 1,3,5-triazine ring and 3 amino ...
