AI Technical Summary

Problems solved by technology

During process control, ventilation and temperature control are difficult to achieve
[0006] The second is that the degree of automation is low, requiring more labor, and the labor intensity is high, and it faces major problems in industrialization.
[0007] The third is that the acidity of distiller's grains is low, and the existing methods often require acidity adjustment, which is inconvenient to operate and increases the processing cost

example 1

[0029] Example 1: Take 20Kg of urea, 1Kg of protease, and 1Kg of cellulase, and dissolve them in water respectively. The above materials are mixed evenly with 2000Kg of distiller's grains (fresh). Inoculate 10% yeast strain and spread it in the fermentation box. Ventilate and control the temperature at 30-32°C, and cultivate for 72-96 hours. Turn over regularly to control temperature and oxygen. The fermented product is loose and has no taste of fresh distiller's grains, and the fermentation is complete. Further drying at a low temperature of 60°C, the dried material was repeatedly beaten and oscillated through a 40-mesh sieve to remove most of the rice husks. Collect fine powder, pulverize and pack. The crude protein content of the product is more than 25%, and the amino acid composition is rich and comprehensive. The product has no peculiar smell of fresh distiller's grains. The number of probiotics can reach more than 1 billion per gram.

[0030] Example 2: Take 20Kg of urea, 1Kg of protease, and 1Kg of cellulase, and dissolve them in water respectively. The above materials are mixed evenly with 2000Kg of distiller's grains (fresh). Inoculate 10% Geotrichum candidum strains and spread them in the fermentation box. Ventilate and control the temperature at 30-40°C, and cultivate for 72-96 hours. Turn over regularly to control temperature and oxygen. The fermented product is loose and has no taste of fresh distiller's grains, and the fermentation is complete. Further drying below 200°C, the dried material is beaten and shaken through a 40-mesh sieve several times to remove most of the rice husks. Collect fine powder, pulverize and pack. The crude protein content of the product is more than 25%, and the amino acid composition is rich and comprehensive. The product has no peculiar smell of fresh distiller's grains.

example 3

[0031] Example 3 : Take urea 20Kg, protease 1Kg, cellulase 1Kg, add water to dissolve respectively. The above materials are mixed evenly with 2000Kg of distiller's grains (fresh). Inoculate 15% mixed strains (Geotrichum candidum: Yeast: Bacillus = 1:1:1), and spread them in the fermentation tank. Ventilate and control the temperature at 30-35°C, and cultivate for 60-84 hours. The product has no fresh distiller's grain odor.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing fee through biological fermentation of distiller's grains. The method comprises the following producing processes: 1. preparing and mixing materials, namely, dissolving an enzyme preparation and inorganic nitrogen which are externally added in water, and directly mixing uniformly with distiller's grains; 2. inoculating, wherein strain is mainly derived from animal probiotic microorganisms, and includes, but not limited in, brewer's yeast, candida utilis, endomycopsis fibuligera, bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, trichoderma koningii, geotrichum candidum and the like; 3. large-scale fermentation, namely, implementing single-bacterium or multi-bacteria mixed fermentation through a fermentation box; 4. drying; 5. rice husk separation, namely, beating dried product for several times, oscillating and filtering through a 40-60-mesh sieve to remove most rice husks; and 6. grinding and packaging. The feed disclosed by the invention is rich in mycoprotein, vitamins and bioactive substances, crude protein content is no less than 25%, and amino acid composition is rich and complete; furthermore, the product is abundant in probiotics and free from foreign sell of fresh distiller's grains, and is relatively high in feeding value. The method disclosed by the invention is short in fermentation cycle, high in automation degree and production efficiency and low in production cost, and provides a good industrial way for comprehensive treatment of distiller's grains on a large scale.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field, specifically a method for producing feed by biological fermentation of distiller's grains. Background technique [0002] With the development of the liquor industry, the utilization of distiller's grains, a by-product of liquor production, has become the focus of the industry. Practice has proved that the degree of comprehensive utilization of distiller's grains directly affects the development of enterprises. If it is not handled properly, the pressure on the environment will be huge; and the level of distiller's grains processed feed is related to the implementation of national feed policies. [0003] For a long time, distiller's grains have been directly used as rural feed, which has played an important role in promoting the development of rural breeding industry and the virtuous circle of the biological chain. However, the nutritional structure of fresh distiller's grains can no longer meet the require...
