The preparation process comprises the following steps: weighing glycerol and oleic acid of which a certain molar ratio is (2.3-3.2):1; weighing a catalyst the amount of which is 0.1%-1% of the total weight, wherein the catalyst is p-toluene sulphonic acid, solid super strong acid, self-made catalyst and the like; adding glycerol, oleic acid and the catalyst in a reactor, raising the temperature of the reactor, keeping reaction temperature to 140-220 DEG C, and carrying out reaction for 4-8h; and after the reaction is finished, carrying out vacuum dehydration on a reactant by utilizing a vacuum dehydration machine until an acid value reaches the standard, wherein the standard is as follows: the appearance of the reactant is pale yellow supernatant liquid, acid value / (mgKOH / g) is not larger than 2, hydroxyl value / (mgKOH / g) is 185-205, saponification value / ( mgKOH / g) is not larger than 25, and moisture is not larger than 1.
