Embodiment 1

[0043] Mix 100g of epoxy soybean oil, 115g of polyhydroxy compound (the product of the reaction of glycerol and equimolar propylene oxide) and 0.04g of sodium methoxide, and place them in a conventional kettle-type reaction kettle with nitrogen protection and mechanical stirring. The temperature was raised to 190°C, the reaction was stopped after 3 hours of reaction, and the soybean oil polyol was obtained with a hydroxyl value of 750 mgKOH / g and a viscosity of 2850 mPa·s.

Embodiment 2

[0045] Mix 100g of epoxy cottonseed oil, 158g of polyol (the product of the reaction of pentaerythritol and two moles of propylene oxide), and 0.07g of potassium hydroxide, and place them in a conventional kettle-type reaction vessel with nitrogen protection and mechanical stirring. The temperature was raised to 210°C, the reaction was stopped after 4 hours of reaction, and the cottonseed oil polyol was obtained with a hydroxyl value of 694 mgKOH / g and a viscosity of 4250 mPa·s.

Embodiment 3

[0047] Take 100g of epoxy peanut oil as component A, and take another 0.1g of tetrabutyl titanate dissolved in 108g of polyol (the product of the reaction of ethylene glycol and two moles of propylene oxide) as component B. The B component was pumped into the microchannel modular reaction device at the same time, and reacted in the sandwich reactor HC at normal pressure and 180°C. The injection rates of the A and B components were 1.5 mL / min and 1.6 mL / min, respectively. Keep the reaction residence time for 12 minutes, collect the reaction product to obtain peanut oil polyol, its hydroxyl value is 477mgKOH / g, viscosity is 2800mPa·s.

Abstract

The invention discloses a vegetable oil polyalcohol with a high hydroxyl value as well as a preparation method and an application of the vegetable oil polyalcohol. The vegetable oil polyalcohol is prepared by carrying out ring-opening reaction and transesterification reaction on epoxy vegetable oil and a polyhydroxy compound. Compared with the prior art, the vegetable oil polyalcohol prepared by adopting a novel ring-opening reagent is novel in structure, high in hydroxyl value, relatively uniform in hydroxyl value distribution, high in primary hydroxyl content, short in suspension chain, low in viscosity and capable of completely substituting the traditional petrochemical polyalcohol to be applied to preparation of a polyurethane foam material. Meanwhile, the preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process; the obtained vegetable oil polyalcohol does not need to be after-treated and is very suitable for industrial production; and particularly, after a tubular reactor is selected, the reaction efficiency can be increased, the side reaction can be controlled, and the energy consumption can be reduced.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical materials and their production, and relates to a high hydroxyl value vegetable oil polyol and a preparation method and application thereof, and the synthetic vegetable oil polyol of the invention is suitable for preparing polyurethane materials. Background technique [0002] Polyurethane is a polymer with repeating structural units of urethane segments made by the reaction of isocyanate and polyol. Polyurethane products are divided into two categories: foamed products and non-foamed products. Foamed products include soft, rigid, and semi-rigid polyurethane foam; non-foamed products include coatings, adhesives, synthetic leather, elastomers and Elastic fiber etc. Polyurethane materials have excellent performance, wide range of uses, and many types of products. Among them, polyurethane foam is the most widely used. [0003] There are three main types of polyols used in polyurethane. One is a polymer obt...
