Problems solved by technology

However, the silk screen baking ink needs to be baked, which limits its scope of use. It cannot process the graphics and images of some large and complex precision components, and it cannot be used for some temperature-sensitive materials.
In addition, baking photosensitive ink requires a relatively large investment due to the need for baking equipment; it also consumes a lot of energy, which is not conducive to resource conservation

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of ink, in particular to a liquid photosensitive anti-corrosion plating-resistant ink and a preparation method thereof. The liquid photosensitive anti-corrosion plating-resistant ink comprises, by weight, 60 to 80 parts of carboxylic light-curable resin, 20 to 40 parts of filler, 5 to 15 parts of tackifying resin, 4 to 8 parts of reactive diluent, 2 to 6 parts of cellulose, 1 to 5 parts of photoinitiator, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of pigment and 5 to 15 parts of solvent. The liquid photosensitive anti-corrosion plating-resistant ink can be air dried after being diluted, thus the energy is saved, and the ink is also resistant to acid and plating. Besides, a paint film formed after spraying and air-drying has strong stickness, high hardness, high developing speed, the ability to develop a clear image, and good acid resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of inks, in particular to a liquid photosensitive anti-corrosion and electroplating-resistant ink and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Nowadays, photosensitive technology is widely used in the production of signs, panels, and decorative product graphics. In addition, photosensitive technology is also used in the processing of precision hardware products to obtain precise graphic images. There are many ways to obtain precise images and images on metal surfaces, such as the bone glue mask method, dry film method and wet film method using dichromate as a photosensitizer. Bone glue mask is a serious pollution source and carcinogen, which is extremely harmful to the human body, and is basically not used now; dry film technology does not meet the requirements for precise graphics and images; wet film technology is completely pollution-free, and can obtain precise graphics and images tec...
