The application discloses a firing forming method of end inkstone stone
powder, and belongs to the technical field of waste
resource utilization and
ceramic product manufacturing. The method aims to solve the problem of direct discarding of a large amount of stone
powder waste generated in the process of end inkstone
carving, resource waste and environmental
pollution. The technical scheme of the application is as follows: the end inkstone stone
powder waste is collected, powdered, and sieved for
raw material pretreatment; the obtained powder is mixed with water, and the mixture is left to stand and dehydrated to obtain plastic mud; then the mud is formed and dried, and then sintered under a specific
temperature curve, and finally a
ceramic product with a compact structure is obtained. Through the above-mentioned pure physical preparation and
sintering process, the application realizes efficient
recovery and high-value utilization of the end inkstone stone powder, the obtained product has excellent performance, has the characteristics of not
leaking water, can be used as a living utensil or a
decorative product, and meets the
green manufacturing concept. The process
