Abstract

The invention discloses a method for accelerating accumulation of saponin in ginseng adventitious roots by adopting two types of inductors. The method comprises the following steps: picking the ginseng adventitious roots which grow well and inoculating into a modified 3/4 MS liquid culture medium; culturing for 28-30 days; adding a lactoalbumin hydrolysate water solution mother solution and a jasmonic acid methyl ester ethanol mother solution which are used as the inductors, wherein the final concentration of lactoalbumin hydrolysate is 98mg/L-100mg/L and the final concentration of jasmonic acid methyl ester is 8mg/L-10mg/L; and continuing to culture for 2-7 days, harvesting and drying. An experiment shows that the two inductors including lactoalbumin hydrolysate and jasmonic acid methyl ester can express the synergistic effect and do not have influences on secondary metabolism of the ginseng adventitious roots; the content of the saponin is high and evidences are provided for the large-scale production of ginsengs; and the industrial production of the ginseng saponin is realized and the day-by-day increasing requirements of people are met.
