Abstract

The invention discloses a cellulose acetate/polyethylene glycol blood dialysis membrane and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of biological materials. The dialysis membrane is a hollow fiber membrane, wherein hollow fiber has a diameter of 0.8 to 4.5 [mu]m, a pore size of 1.4 to 4.8 [mu]m and a wall thickness of 55 to 90 [mu]m. The dialysis membrane is prepared from the following components: cellulose acetate, polyethylene glycol, polymethyl methacrylate, polycaprolactone, tetrahydrofuran and acetone. The preparation method for the cellulose acetate/polyethylene glycol blood dialysis membrane comprises the following preparation steps: (1) preparation of a spinning solution; and (2) electrostatic spinning. The cellulose acetate/polyethylene glycol blood dialysis membrane provided by the invention has excellent biocompatibility and certain anticoagulant and surface adsorptive effects, can improve retention rate of macromolecular protein and is an ideal dialysis membrane material.
