Provided is a preparation method for an oxidized graphene-metal organic framework nano composite material. Dopamine hydrochloride, oxidized graphene and a Tris buffer solution are employed to prepare GO@PDA, and then GO@PDA, 1,3,5-trimesic acid, copper acetate monohydrate, N,N-dimethyl formamide, ethanol, deionized water and triethylamine are employed to prepare GO@PDA@MOF-199.
