[0073] Experiment 6. Preparation of deodorant additive

[0074] Another aspect of the present invention also provides a deodorizing additive containing the above-mentioned composite bacterial agent. The specific fermented material of the composite bacterial agent includes corn stalks, wheat bran, corn flour, tomato powder, rice bran, soybean meal and other raw materials, which are respectively removed from impurities and crushed, and mixed with 20 to 40 parts by weight of corn stalks and 5 to 15 parts by weight of wheat bran. 20-35 parts by weight of corn flour, 1-10 parts by weight of tomato powder, 10-20 parts by weight of rice bran and 10-20 parts by weight of soybean meal are mixed to obtain fermented material.

[0075] Preparation of composite bacterial agent stock solution: take the composite bacterial agent obtained by mixing the bacterial volume ratio of 3:2:1 in Experiment 5, and add 1 wt.% brown sugar water. According to the total weight ratio of composite bacterial...

Embodiment 1

[0088] The production of solid deodorant made from Pichia pastoris YPD-YL2 fermentation liquid: Take 100ml of Pichia pastoris YPD-YL2 fermentation liquid and 200g sawdust, after mixing evenly, dry the obtained sawdust at 35°C until its moisture content is 60 %, a solid deodorant was obtained. The obtained solid deodorant was tested for its deodorizing effect according to the method listed in Experiment 3 above.

Embodiment 2

[0090] The difference from Example 1 is that the carrier used is diatomaceous earth, and 100ml of Pichia pastoris YPD-YL2 fermentation broth is uniformly mixed with 100g of sawdust.

Abstract

The invention provides a Pichia yeast YPD-YL2 and application of the same in biological deodorization. The Pichia yeast YPD-YL2 has a Latin name of Pichia sp. and an accession number of CCTCC M 2015225. The Pichia yeast YPD-YL2 provided by the invention is separated from an environment of a refuse landfill, is capable of removing foul gas produced by garbage decomposition and can decompose garbage and produce slightly smelly gas. Repeated addition of the Pichia yeast YPD-YL2 is not needed in deodorization with the Pichia yeast YPD-YL2, so workload is mitigated. Due to security of the Pichia yeast YPD-YL2, the Pichia yeast YPD-YL2 can also be used for treating substances like animal feeds and additives so as to allow the substances to be edible to animals.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of deodorization, in particular to a Pichia pastoris YPD-YL2 and its application in biological deodorization. Background technique [0002] Odor pollution is one of the seven major environmental hazards recognized in the world. Public toilets, livestock and poultry farms, landfills and garbage collection stations often emit foul odors and become the main places of odor pollution. The malodorous gas contains a variety of toxic gases, the main components of which are ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, which have a great impact on the health of surrounding residents, citizens and sanitation workers. It has become an urgent social problem to effectively deal with odor pollution, reduce the impact of odor pollution on the ecological environment, and protect people's health. [0003] At present, the commonly used methods for solving the problem of odor pollution include traditional physical and chemical methods and biological d...
