Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing isomerism dewaxing catalysts for lubricating-oil base oil. The method includes the steps that alkaline-earth metal is added in the molecular sieve synthesis process to prepare alkaline-earth-metal-isomorphous-modified molecular sieves with TON and MTT topological structures; sintering is carried out after extrusion molding is carried out on the molecular sieves and activated aluminum oxide, ammonia exchanging modification is carried out on carriers obtained after sintering, then the carriers are placed into an alcohol-amine solution to be immersed for 5 min to 1 hour at the temperature ranging from the indoor temperature to 70 DEG C, and modified carriers are obtained through drying; finally, the active metal is loaded on the modified carriers with an impregnation method or an ion exchange method, and the catalysts are obtained after drying and sintering. The catalysts prepared with the method are used for isomerism dewaxing of lubricating oil distillate, the low-pouring-point and high-viscosity-index lubricating-oil base oil is produced, and the advantages that the strong-acid and weak-acid ratio of the catalysts is low, the activity and the selectivity of an isomerism dewaxing reaction are high, and the lubricating-oil base oil is low in pouring point and high in yield are achieved.
