Abstract

The invention discloses a substitute cultivation medium for ganoderma lucidum antler. The substitute cultivation medium is prepared from raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 35-70 parts of sawdust, 25-60 parts of auxiliary materials, 0.5-1.5 parts of gypsum and 0.1-1 part of sugar, wherein a material-water ratio is controlled to be 1: (1.3-1.5) by the aid of a nutrient solution. According to the substitute cultivation medium for the ganoderma lucidum antler, the material-water ratio is controlled by the aid of the specifically-prepared nutrition solution, the ganoderma lucidum antler has high nutritional value, and the polysaccharide content is greatly increased compared with the prior art; the adopted nutrition solution, especially an adopted plant raw material component is subjected to steam explosion, distillation and processing by a high-shearing homogenizer, a nanoemulsion type plant oil component is obtained and has good compatibility with other components in the medium, and proliferation of multiple cells can be stimulated.
