Abstract

The invention discloses a warm-mixing asphalt mixture anti-rutting agent and a preparation method thereof. The anti-rutting agent includes, by mass, 50-90% of sulfur, 4-28% of hard asphalt, 2-7% of a special warm-mixing agent, 2-10% of waste rubber powder and 2-5% of fly ash. The preparation method includes the steps of 1) preparing the special warm-mixing agent with FT, halogens and aromatic hydrocarbon oil as raw materials with addition of a catalyst; 2) feeding the following materials, in a sequential manner, the hard asphalt, the special warm-mixing agent, the waste rubber powder, the fly ash and finally the sulfur into a kneading machine, uniformly blending the materials at 70-110 DEG C, kneading the mixture into a dough-like shape, and meanwhile starting a vacuumizing system, collecting generated gas and performing environment-friendly treatment; and 3) starting a bottom-discharge screw extruder and a cutting granulation system to perform extrusion and granulation to prepare the warm-mixing asphalt mixture anti-rutting agent.
