Abstract

The method includes: adopting a precipitation polymerization method to prepare styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer microspheres, using the microspheres prepared as the template, utilizing action between amino on chitosan and carboxyl on the template to load chitosan on the surface of the template, and using a crosslinking agent to crosslink chitosan; adopting a solvent / non-solvent inductive phase separation method as a corrosion template to obtain the chitosan nano microcapsules. The SMA which is a novel bio-compatible material is adopted as the template, interaction between the SMA and chitosan functional group is utilized to load chitosan on the surface of the template, and the chitosan nano microcapsules are obtained by removing the template. The nano microcapsules prepared are uniform in particle size and complete in shape and has biocompatibility and biodegradability.
