Problems solved by technology

[0007] The development of various foreign research organizations using terahertz to measure urine protein is also very slow. At present, only Cunningham et al. from the University of Leeds have obtained absorption spectra by using mouse urine protein single crystals, but they lack obvious abso

Example Embodiment

[0034] Example 1

[0035] This embodiment provides a method for detecting protein content in urine by using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology, which includes the following steps:

[0036] 1) Select the sample cell: The sample cell used is a high-purity quartz sample cell developed by the British Starna Company, with an optical path of 0.5 mm.

[0037] 2) Source of urine: Patient Jiang, male, age 68, suffering from diabetic nephropathy for 2 years, 24 hours urine volume 2780ml, measured 24 hours urine protein quantitative (UPr) biochemical result is 0.

[0038] 3) Urine acquisition and filling: Fresh urine samples of different patients were obtained from the laboratory of a third-class hospital in Beijing, and then extracted with a pipette and injected into the sample pool, covered with a lid, and the filling was completed.

[0039] 4). Detection of zero-protein urine:

[0040] After turning on the laser until the output power is stable, calibrate the collimation of the light ...

Example Embodiment

[0046] Example 2

[0047] This embodiment provides a method for detecting abnormal low-protein urine using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology, and the operation steps are exactly the same as those in the first embodiment. Selected urine source case information: Patient Liu, female, age 48, suffering from diabetic nephropathy for 6 years, 24-hour urine volume 2350ml, measured 24-hour urine protein quantitative (UPr) biochemical result is 0.188. The sample to be tested is a case containing low protein urine. Among them, the terahertz measurement spectrum is shown in image 3 .

Example Embodiment

[0048] Example 3

[0049] This embodiment provides a method for detecting higher protein urine by using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology, and the operation steps are exactly the same as those in the first embodiment. Selected urine source case information: patient Wang, male, 58 years old, suffering from diabetic nephropathy for 9 years, 24-hour urine volume 1700ml, measured 24-hour urine protein quantitative (UPr) biochemical result is 3.706. The sample to be tested is a case of higher protein urine. Among them, the terahertz measurement spectrum is shown in Figure 4 .

Abstract

The invention discloses a terahertz spectrum technology based urine detection method. Based on a terahertz spectrum measurement technology, the relative content of proteins in urine of different kidney patients is distinguished by utilizing chromatic dispersion changes of body fluids under the induction of terahertz radiation. According to the method, the problem in physical parameters for measuring urine conditions is solved; the method does not depend on the assistance of a chemical regent, so that external chemical pollution is alleviated and the method is a pure physical detection method; and the method is simple to operate, quick in data processing and accurate in result.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of urine detection, in particular to a method for detecting urine based on terahertz spectrum technology, and a terahertz spectrum analysis method for distinguishing protein content in different urine samples. Background technique [0002] Urine examination is the most extensive examination content in clinical examination work except blood examination. Urine analysis is an important examination item, which has special clinical diagnosis and differential value, and helps doctors to observe the curative effect and judge the prognosis in clinical practice. Urine is also a painless, readily available test sample. Urinalysis has important clinical diagnostic value for various clinical diseases such as urinary system diseases, endocrine system diseases, circulatory system diseases, digestive system diseases, reproductive system diseases, etc. At the same time, urine testing is also an essential testing item for drug monito...
