Problems solved by technology

The one-step synthesis method mainly uses organic solvents or water to separate and purify the hydrophilic ionic liquid, but the effect is not ideal; the two-step synthesis method first synthesizes a halide salt containing the target ion through quaternization, and then replaces it with a quaternary ammonium salt anion. Halide ion, or add Lewis acid to react with it to obtain the target quaternary ammonium compound
[0005] There are research reports on the synthesis efficiency of wheatgrass alkali lignin trimethyl quaternary ammonium salt by microwave synthesis method (12), but no research has been applied to the enhancement of tetradecyl-dimethyl-benzyl ammonium chloride. efficient synthesis

Embodiment 1

[0028] (1) Accurately measure 3.3mL (0.05mol) of dimethylamine and 2.7mL (0.01mol) of tetradecane chloride respectively and add them to the microwave reaction quartz reaction tube. Put the microwave quartz reaction tube into the CEM microwave synthesizer, adjust it to the general mode, the synthesis temperature is 120°C, and the synthesis time is 2 minutes. After the reaction was completed and cooled, the mixed solution in the quartz reaction tube was taken out and separated with a separatory funnel. The separated upper layer solution was added to a quartz reaction tube, 1.5 mL (0.013 mmol) of excess benzyl chloride (benzyl chloride) was added, and mixed well. Put the test tube into the CEM microwave synthesizer for microwave irradiation to promote the reaction. The temperature was controlled at 80°C, and the reaction time of microwave irradiation was 2 minutes; after the reaction was completed, a colorless transparent liquid was obtained. Add excessive perchloric acid, obta...

After the reaction was completed and cooled, the mixed solution in the quartz reaction tube was taken out and separated with a separatory funnel. Separation Add the upper layer solution into the quartz reaction tube, add excess benzyl chloride, and mix well. The test tube was put into a CEM microwave synthesizer for microwave irradiation to promote the reaction. The temperature was controlled at 90°C, and the reaction time of microwave irradiation was 2 minutes; after the reaction was completed, a colorless transparent liquid was obtained. Excessive perchloric acid was added to obtain a white precipitate with a yield of 93.17%

Embodiment 3

[0032] Accurately measure 2.7mL of dimethylamine and 5.25mL of tetradecane chloride and add them into the microwave reaction quartz reaction tube. The separated lower layer solution was added to a quartz reaction tube, an excess of benzyl chloride was added, and the mixture was evenly mixed. The test tube was put into a CEM microwave synthesizer for microwave irradiation to promote the reaction. The temperature was controlled at 90°C, and the reaction time of microwave irradiation was 2 minutes; after the reaction was completed, a colorless transparent liquid was obtained. Excessive perchloric acid was added to obtain a white precipitate with a yield of 95...

Abstract

The invention relates to a synthesis method of a quaternary ammonium salt (tetradecyl-dimethyl-benzyl ammonium chloride). The method comprises the following steps: adding dimethylamine and a chlorotetradecane water solution into a quartz test tube, reacting under microwave conditions for 2 minutes, and separating through a separating funnel to obtain supernatant grease; and purifying by rotary evaporation under reduced pressure to obtain tetradecyl-dimethyl amine, adding benzyl chloride to prepare the tetradecyl-dimethyl-benzyl ammonium chloride, purifying and drying. The method reduces the organic solvent consumption, is green and environment-friendly, shortens the time and enhances the yield. The tetradecyl-dimethyl-benzyl ammonium chloride can be directly used for preparing a solution which is used for sterilization and alga removal.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of chemical synthesis, in particular to a synthesis method and application of a quaternary ammonium salt (tetradecyl-dimethyl-benzyl ammonium chloride). Background technique [0002] Quaternary ammonium salt tetradecyl-dimethyl-benzyl ammonium chloride is a common cationic surfactant, which is mainly used as a bactericidal disinfectant or a bactericidal algicide. It dissociates in water to produce cationic active groups, which have the properties of sterilization, emulsification, antistatic, softness, etc., and are widely used in the sterilization and algae killing of industrial circulating water systems in petroleum, chemical, textile, machinery, metallurgy and electric power enterprises. [0003] Tetradecyl-dimethyl-benzyl ammonium chloride has a spectrum, high efficiency, low toxicity bactericidal effect, not affected by pH value, easy to use, has a strong peeling and separating effect on the mucus layer, and has a...
