The method comprises the steps: extracting a dioscorea opposita or dioscorea zingiberensis hydrolyzate twice by using gasoline by adopting the wall-breaking method, and merging extracts; and subjecting the merged extract to distilling concentration by adopting a film evaporator so as to obtain concentrate, putting the concentrate in a closed pressure filtration device, carrying out centrifugal separation and closed pressure filtration, carrying out refluxing by using cooling water so as to obtain crystals, drying and crushing the crystals, assaying melting point and dryness, and carrying out packaging after the crystal powder is qualified through assaying, thereby obtaining a finished product. According to the method, the solvent loss is low, the volume of acid liquor discharged is small, no fermentation is caused, and an additional-product added value is achieved, so that the method belongs to green and environment-friendly processing technologies.
