Problems solved by technology

[0007] Aiming at the problems that the oleic acid-modified magnetorheological fluid cannot be recovered and treated in the prior art, and there is secondary pollution, the present invention provides a recovery and treatment method for the oleic acid-modified magnetorheological fluid. The recovery treatment agent mainly consists of twelve Alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, sodium hypochlorite, cyclooctadiene ruthenium dichloride and water, remove oleic acid in magnetorheological fluid, make magnetorheological fluid lose surfactant, and cause main dispersed particles in magnetorheological fluid The bonding effect with the carrier liquid is eliminated, so that the main dispersed particles can settle rapidly under the action of their own gravity, so that the main dispersed particles and the carrier liquid are separated, which provides a basis for the subsequent recycling of magnetorheological fluid

Abstract

The invention discloses an oleic acid modified magnetorheological fluid recycling-treating method, belonging to the field of magnetic waste fluid recycling and treatment. A recycling-treating agent used by the method comprises the following components by mass percent: 2-4% of dodecanol polyoxyethylene ether, 35-45% of sodium hypochlorite, 2-4% of dichloro[(1,2,5,6-eta)-cycloocta-1,5-diene]ruthenium and residual water. According to the method disclosed by the invention, by employing the sodium hypochlorite to remove oleic acid via oxidative cracking in the magnetorheological fluid, the surfactant is lost in the magnetorheological fluid, and the cohesive action between main dispersed particles and carrier fluid in the magnetorheological fluid is eliminated; and thus, the main dispersed particles can be quickly settled under the action of its own gravity, and the main dispersed particles and the carrier fluid are separated, thereby providing a foundation for subsequent recycling of the magnetorheological fluid. The method has the advantages of being simple in components, easy in preparation and low in cost, and simultaneously being simple in reaction conditions and good in treatment effect when the magnetorheological fluid is treated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of recovery and treatment of magnetic waste liquid, and more specifically relates to a method for recovery and treatment of oleic acid-modified magnetorheological fluid. Background technique [0002] Magnetorheological fluid has been widely valued for its unique magnetorheological effect. Magnetorheological fluid is a suspension formed by distributing micron-scale ferromagnetic particles in a non-magnetic liquid. Under the action of an external magnetic field, the properties of the magnetorheological fluid (such as rheology, magnetism, mechanics, heat, optics, etc.) change rapidly, from the original viscous flow state to a solid state, and has a certain yield shear stress. The response time of the magnetorheological effect is very short, generally on the order of milliseconds, and the conversion between solid and liquid states is reversible. Once the external magnetic field is removed, the fluidity can be restored. ...
