Embodiment 1

[0055] Example 1: A method for preparing selenium-enriched cucumber cultivation substrate with bamboo material biomass charcoal

[0056] The method comprises the following steps in turn:

[0057] The first step is to prepare bamboo material biochar,

[0058] Put the bamboo material into the pyrolysis furnace after it is dried, feed argon gas to get rid of the oxygen in the pyrolysis furnace, rapidly raise the temperature in the pyrolysis furnace to 100°C within 5 minutes, and then increase the temperature at 1°C / The heating rate of 1 minute is heated to 550°C, and kept for 30 minutes, after natural cooling to room temperature, the biomass is collected, pulverized, and passed through a 60-mesh sieve to obtain bamboo material biochar; the bamboo material refers to the waste of bamboo processing. Before putting into the pyrolysis furnace, the bamboo material is broken to a particle average diameter of not more than 5cm. The bamboo material, such as bamboo cuts, bamboo segments...

Embodiment 2

[0072] Embodiment two: a kind of method that prepares selenium-enriched eggplant cultivation substrate with bamboo material biomass charcoal

[0073] The method comprises the following steps in turn:

[0074] The first step is to prepare bamboo material biochar,

[0075] Put the bamboo material into the pyrolysis furnace after drying, feed argon gas to get rid of the oxygen in the pyrolysis furnace, rapidly raise the temperature in the pyrolysis furnace to 105°C within 5 minutes, and then increase the temperature at 1°C / Heat up to 600°C at a heating rate of 1 minute, and keep it for 25 minutes. After naturally cooling to room temperature, collect the biomass, pulverize it, and pass it through a 60-mesh sieve to prepare bamboo material biochar;

[0076] The second step is to prepare selenium nutrient solution,

[0077] Analytical pure Na 2 SeO 3 Dissolve it with water at a weight ratio of 1:30 to make a selenium salt solution, and then add dilute hydrochloric acid to the s...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a selenium-rich crop cultivation matrix from bamboo biomass charcoal. The method is characterized by comprising the following successive steps: step 1, preparing bamboo biomass charcoal; step 2, preparing a selenium nutrient solution; step 3, preparing selenium-rich biochar: (1) preparation of heated selenium-rich biochar; (2) preparation of normal-temperature selenium-rich biochar; and (3) mixing of the heated selenium-rich biochar with the normal-temperature selenium-rich biochar so as to prepare the selenium-rich biochar; step 4, preparing a modified starch binder; step 5, preparing a selenium biochar granule; step 6, mixing the selenium-rich biochar with the selenium biochar granule and sending the obtained mixture into a granulator for granulation; and step 7, uniformly mixing particles prepared in the step 6 with a filling material for a soilless culture matrix of crops under stirring so as to obtain the selenium-rich crop cultivation matrix. The selenium-rich crop cultivation matrix prepared by using the method can improve the selenium absorption and conversion rate of crops and enables elemental selenium to be slowly and uniformly released in the whole growth period of the crops.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a soilless cultivation substrate and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a method for preparing a selenium-enriched crop cultivation substrate by using bamboo material biomass charcoal. Background technique [0002] Selenium is an essential trace element for the human body, and it is the active center of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px). Supplementing selenium in an appropriate amount can enhance the body's immunity, delay aging, and prevent and fight cancer. However, my country is a selenium-deficient country, and selenium-enriched agricultural products are an effective way for the human body to supplement selenium. Selenium in vegetables is divided into two categories: inorganic selenium and organic selenium. The former includes selenate, selenite, etc. Inorganic selenium is poorly absorbed by humans and animals, and has a high risk of toxicity. Improper use can easily cause selenium poisoning The latter mainly inc...
