Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of magnetic materials and components, and relates to a high-frequency microwave electromagnetic device and a high-frequency magnetic thin film, in particular to an integrated thin-film narrowband band-stop filter and a design method thereof. The magnetic thin film and a coplanar waveguide are integrated; a non-single frequency point narrowband band-stop filter is formed by applying angular magnetic fields to the plane of the thin film in different directions; the complicated design of a plurality of resonant cavities is overcome; the structure is simple; and the volume of the filter is reduced. An interference signal can be attenuated within super-high frequency (SHF, 3-30GHz) and extra-high frequency (EHF, 30-300GHz) ranges; a useful signal is not affected; and the requirement of suppressing noise harmonics in a non-single frequency band is met. Furthermore, manufacturing of the filter can be achieved by combining a thin film technology with a microelectronics lithography process; and the process is simple and easy to implement.
