Problems solved by technology

[0003] For a long time, there is no systematic and perfect high-yield cultivation method for peanut planting, so that the planting density of peanuts is not high, and the ventilation and light transmission conditions are poor, and the peanuts cannot perform photosynthesis well. The level of yield per mu is limited, usually 200-300 kg per mu

Embodiment 1

[0030] The selenium-enriched peanut cultivation process comprises the following steps:

[0031]1) Fertilization for soil preparation: Select suitable land and apply decomposed mixed fertilizer, then plow and ridge, the plow depth is 25-30cm;

[0032] 2) Seed selection and sowing: choose plump double-pod fruit peanut pods, dry the fruit for 2-3 days before sowing, and then peel off the shells. After peeling, select the complete large seeds as seed kernels, and then sow the seeds in good time after chemical seed dressing , sowing depth 3-7cm;

[0033] 3) Field management: pre-emergence weeding, phased fertilization, irrigation and drainage, and pest control are carried out after sowing, and timely harvesting;

[0034] It also includes spraying the cultivation nutrient solution on the leaves of the peanuts at the flowering and needle stage, the pod stage and the later stage of growth and development respectively, and the cultivation nutrient solution is obtained by the following...

Abstract

The invention discloses a cultivation technique of selenium-rich peanut, which comprises the following steps: (1) land preparation and fertilization, (2) seed selection and seeding, (3) field management. The cultivation technique further comprises foliar spraying nutrient solution in blooming and pegging stage, pod forming stage and the later stage of peanut growth and development. The nutrient solution is prepared by the following steps: (1) preparing raw materials: 100 parts of purified water, 0.6-1.0 parts of L-Selenomethionine, and 0.1-0.3 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC); (2) blending the raw materials in step (1), which comprises the steps of putting the blended materials into steam exploded container with a pressure maintained at 4 Mpa, heating to 150 DEG C, holding for 2 minutes, releasing the pressure rapidly within 1-3 seconds, obtaining a slurry, introducing 5%-10% percent by volume a maturely-cultured bacillus subtilis liquid species in 25 DEG C, putting the bacillus subtilis liquid species in to a fermentor, feeding sterile air in the fermentor, fermenting after stirring, raising the heat to 70 EDG C, holding the temperature for 0.5-1.0 hours, and inactivating. The nutrient solution is obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of peanut planting, in particular to a cultivation process of selenium-enriched peanuts. Background technique [0002] Peanut (peanut), formerly known as groundnut (scientific name: Arachis hypogaea Linn.), is a kind of nut with abundant output and wide consumption in my country. Peanut fruit contains protein, fat, sugar, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin E, vitamin K, and mineral calcium, phosphorus, iron and other nutrients, contains 8 kinds of amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids needed by the human body, and contains lecithin , choline, carotene, crude fiber and other substances. The fat content is 44-45%, the protein content is 24-36%, and the sugar content is about 20%. Rich in vitamin B2, PP, A, D, E, calcium and iron. It also contains thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and other vitamins, which can promote the development of human brain cells and enhance memory. Peanut is an important economic crop in ...
