The salt-containing natural fruit and vegetable detergent has the beneficial effects that by virtue of synergism of the salt and the brassinolide, a pesticide residue removal function can be achieved, and due to the synergetic sterilization and bacterium inhibition function of the sodium percarbonate and the alkaloid, the detergent can be an efficient cleaning product which is capable of removing pesticide residues and has a relatively good sterilization function as well.
