The invention provides a microecological preparation with bacillus subtilis fermenting astragalus membranaceus and an application thereof, wherein the microecological preparation is prepared through fermentation by means of a bacillus subtilis strain FM537 on a fermentation substrate containing astragalus membranaceus water extract liquid. The fermentation substrate comprises 15 g/L of tryptone, 15 g/L of glucose, 50 g/L of beef extract, 0.5 g/L of ammonium sulfate, 1 g/L of sodium chloride and 0.5 g/L of sodium dihydrogen phosphate. The fermentation substrate is prepared with distilled water, wherein pH is regulated to 7.2, and then according to volume ratio, 45-50% of the astragalus membranaceus water extract liquid is added, and finally high-pressure sterilization is carried out to produce the fermentation substrate. Through ultrasonic wave for assisting water extraction of the astragalus membranaceus, the extraction time is greatly reduced. Through selection of suitable fermentation temperature and fermentation time, synergistic effect of the astragalus membranaceus and the bacillus subtilis is improved.
