Abstract

The invention discloses a resource recycling method for gold-containing electroplating wastewater. The method comprises the two aspects of clean water recycling and metal recycling. The grain impurities in the wastewater are removed through a security filter, the pollution of the impurities in the wastewater to a subsequent membrane system is relieved, the wastewater after impurity removal is further treated through a nanofiltration membrane, the generated water is further treated through a reverse osmosis membrane, and then the generated water is used as clean water or other production water; the generated dense water is inputted to a low-temperature vacuum evaporator for further concentration and the water vapor generated under the effect of evaporation is condensed and then is reused as the clean water; the wastewater is further concentrated in the manner of low-temperature vacuum evaporation and then is inputted to a photoelectron catalytic reaction device; under the synergistic effect of the photo-catalytic oxidation and electrochemical degradation, the organic pollutants in the wastewater are oxidized and degraded, and meanwhile, the gold ions are reduced and deposited at a cathode; and the precious metal gold is effectively recycled. According to the invention, the precious metal gold can be effectively recycled from the wastewater, and meanwhile, more than or equal to 90% of water is recycled.
