Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of lignin modified PPC (chlorinated polypropylene) biodegradable plastic, which comprises the following steps: (1) performing vacuum drying on polycarbonate and lignin, (2) adding dried polycarbonate, the dried lignin, an chain extender, an antioxidant, a plasticizer, a lubricant and a heat stabilizer into a high-speed mixer for intensive mixing, (3) extruding and prilling a mixed material via a twin-screw extruder to form lignin-PPC composite plastic particles, and (4) performing injection molding on the lignin-PPC composite plastic particle at a certain temperature to form the lignin modified PPC biodegradable plastic. The biomass material lignin and lignin-PPC composite plastic prepared by compound modification are introduced to meet requirements of complete degradation; and moreover, mechanical properties of pure PPC resin are improved; the cost of the plastic is effectively lowered; and the plastic is more advantageous for market popularization.
