Abstract

The invention relates to a treating process for a high-concentration DMF leather steaming solution. The treating process comprises the following steps: pouring high-concentration DMF leather wastewater into a water collecting regulating tank; regulating water quality and water quantity; adopting a lifting pump for lifting the leather wastewater in the water collecting regulating tank into a neutralizing reaction tank; adding acid for adjusting pH and then entering into a biochemical pool, thereby biochemically degrading pollutants, such as, most organic matters and ammonia nitrogen; coagulating by adding a coagulant into a coagulation reaction tank by which the effluent from the biochemical pool passes, and then pouring into a secondary sedimentation tank for precipitating; removing suspended solids from water; pouring into a chemical oxidation tank; adding an oxidizing agent into the chemical oxidation tank; further degrading the organic matters which are difficult to be chemically treated, thereby increasing the biodegradability of the wastewater; after the effluent chemically oxidized in the chemical oxidation tank passes by the coagulation reaction tank, adding the coagulant into the coagulation reaction tank and then pouring into the sedimentation tank for precipitating; guiding the effluent from the sedimentation tank to enter into a catalytic oxidation tank for performing secondary biochemical treatment, thereby further degrading COD and ammonia nitrogen; coagulating and precipitating the effluent after the secondary biochemical treatment in the coagulation reaction tank; discharging the precipitated sludge into a final sedimentation tank, thereby guaranteeing the effluent being clean, transparent and odorless.
