A layer of activation film can be formed on the surface of the magnesium alloy substrate through adopting pretreatment acid pickling and low fluorine activation to effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the substrate in solution, and the pH value of acid pickling activation solution is controlled to be in the range of 3.5-5. The surface corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance of the magnesium alloy after treatment are improved by 2-4 times and 3-5 times respectively.
