Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a surface patterned polymer film through laser machining. The method comprises the steps as follows: firstly, a polypyrrole film with a certain thickness is deposed on an elastic PDMS substrate, and the obtained polypyrrole film is washed and blown dry; then, laser radiation is performed on the polypyrrole film, laser with the wavelength being 658 nm is selected as a light source for machining, the distance between a laser fiber head and a sample is adjusted to be 5 mm, the power of a laser device is adjusted to be 246 Mw, and the surface patterned polymer film can be obtained after a certain time period of illumination. The polymer film with different surface patterns can be obtained by adjusting different illumination time. The surface patterns are successfully constructed on the polypyrrole film in a short time in a convenient and quick operation manner, so that complex and tedious operation steps, longer preparation time, expensive equipment and loss of experiment consumables are avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of micro-nano processing of polymer films, in particular to a processing method for surface patterning of polymer films. Background technique [0002] Materials with patterned surfaces have attracted widespread attention and are widely used in people's lives, such as superhydrophobic materials and flexible electronic devices. Traditional methods for preparing patterned surface materials include mechanical stretching, swelling, and heating induction. However, the traditional methods for preparing patterned surfaces have certain defects, and the controllability is poor. In recent years, laser-induced patterning has gradually become an effective way to construct patterned surface materials, and it has received more and more attention because of its simple operation and certain controllability. However, in the existing research, this method is mostly applied to materials such as metals or semiconductors. In th...
