Embodiment 1

[0026] In this example, the raw materials for the preparation of organic matter all come from branches of urban maintenance in Binhai New Area, Tianjin.

[0027] In the present embodiment, the preparation method of organic matter is:

[0028] (1) Break urban grass clippings into powder as the main ingredient, and spray water to make the powder wet;

[0029] (2) Add the following amount of bacterial agent 1 per 10,000 parts of dry grass powder: 20-30 parts, 20-30 parts of soft rot fungi, 20-30 parts of brown rot fungi, 20-30 parts of white rot fungi, and 20 parts of lactic acid bacteria - 25 parts, stacked and fermented indoors for 4-7 days; heat the fermented product above 90 degrees Celsius for 30-60 minutes, or irradiate it under ultraviolet light for 1-3 hours;

[0030] (3) Add bacterial agents 2 per 10,000 parts of dry grass powder at room temperature: 10-25 parts of heat-resistant bacillus group, 10-20 parts of lactic acid bacteria group, 8-15 parts of bifidobacteria gro...

Embodiment 2

[0034] In this example, the fermented product obtained in Example 1 is dehydrated. First, the fermented product is absorbed by a water-absorbing agent, and then the absorbed water-absorbing agent and the fermented product are separated by a microfiltration membrane. It should be understood that the dehydration treatment is only to achieve the purpose of dehydrating the fermented product to obtain organic fertilizer, and the present invention is not limited to the dehydration method.

[0035] In the organic fertilizer provided by the invention, the organic matter originates from urban grass clippings, and the organic matter accounts for 67%.

[0036] The following is an analysis of the composition of the organic fertilizer provided by the present invention. In this embodiment, the composition of the organic fertilizer obtained by the method for preparing the organic fertilizer of the present invention is analyzed through experimental testing. Specifically, the experimental dete...

Embodiment 3

[0040] The organic fertilizer of the present invention of embodiment 1 is used for cultivating Pennisetum and Stipa grandis in Tianjin Binhai New Area. Tianjin Binhai New Area is located in the Bohai Bay, especially in Tanggu and Dagang, where the soil salinization is serious, with high salt content, lack of fertility and low organic matter content.

[0041] Pennisetum cultivation method, comprises the following steps:

[0042] 1) Cultivation site selection: choose urban broad-leaved forests in saline-alkaline areas for planting, with an altitude of 2-5 meters; choose Pennisetum seeds, with a germination rate greater than or equal to 85%; apply 300 kg / mu of landscaping organic fertilizer or urban grass clippings before sowing Ferment organic fertilizer 300 kg / mu, avoid trees and plow the soil 50cm deep, and then prepare the land to make the land ready for sowing;

[0043] 2) The sowing time of Pennisetum is in early spring and early March, and the site preparation should be fin...

Abstract

A microbial agent composition for urban turfgrass clipping fermentation and a fermenting process thereof are disclosed. The composition include a first microbial agent comprising actinomycete, soft-rot fungi, brown-rot fungi, white-rot fungi and growth-inhibiting lactic acid bacteria inhibiting butyric acid bacteria and putrefying bacteria; a second microbial agent comprising bacillus sporothermodurans flora, a lactic acid bacterium flora, a bifidobacterium flora, a photosynthetic bacterium flora, a yeast flora and an actinomycete flora; and a third microbial agent comprising yeast and photosynthetic bacteria. The fermenting process includes crushing urban turfgrass clippings into powder; spraying the powder with water to moist the powder; adding the first microbial agent into the powder; performing heap fermentation indoor for several days; adding the second microbial agent to block biological growth of aerobic rot fungi and butyric acid bacteria; performing fermentation for more than ten days; adding the third microbial agent; and performing fermentation for several days. The composition and the process overcome an urban turfgrass clipping treatment issue, solve pollution problems, and turn waste into things of value. A fertilizer prepared by the process has high nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents and is an excellent organic fertilizer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biological fermentation engineering, in particular to a bacterial agent combination for urban grass clipping fermentation and a fermentation process thereof. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of urban greening, urban green spaces are rapidly expanding, and a large amount of urban grass clippings are produced for the maintenance of parks, unit courtyards, and roadside lawns. The traditional concept often believes that grass clippings affect hygiene and landscape, so a lot of manpower and funds are spent every year to clean and burn them, which puts a lot of pressure on municipal management and causes great pollution to the environment. [0003] At present, there are three main treatment methods for grass clippings in major landscaping areas: sanitary landfill, incineration and composting by traditional methods, but these methods have certain limitations: 1. The landfill operation is ...
