Abstract

The sheet material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200 to 400 parts of cement, 100 to 200 parts of water, 350 to 460 parts of ceramsite, 0.2 to 0.4 part of foaming agent, 0.1 to 0.4 part of porcelainizing agent, 0 to 0.2 part of thickening and water retaining agent, 0 to 2 parts of water reducer, and 0 to 2 parts of plasticizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials according to the formula mentioned above, evenly mixing water, cement, a thickening and water retaining agent, a water reducer, a plasticizer, and a porcelainizing agent to obtain slurry, adding a foaming agent into the slurry to carry out foaming, then adding ceramsite, evenly mixing, pouring the mixture into a mould, carrying out curing for 24 hours, cutting, and performing maintenance.
