According to the waste gas cross-flow concentration adsorption equipment disclosed by the invention, the loss of water resources is reduced; the contact area between the waste gas and a bio-filter bed is increased; meanwhile, since the waste gas causes little direct impact on the bio-filter bed, compression of a biological stuffing is avoided, overall purifying efficiency is high, and the service life is long; in the technical scheme, the waste gas cross-flow concentration adsorption equipment is provided with a backwashing device, and the inner wall of the bio-filter bed is washed by the backwashing device so as to clear dirt on the stuffing surface and avoid influence on the smoothness of air filtering.
