Abstract

The present invention relates to a tung oil polyol preparation method, which comprises: (1) mixing tung oil, carboxylic acid, an inorganic acid catalyst and a hydroxylating reagent according to a certain ratio, pouring the obtained mixture into the pre-mixing tank of an impinging stream reactor, heating to a temperature of 35-40 DEG C, and pre-mixing; (2) introducing a hydrogen peroxide solution into the pre-mixing tank, conveying the mixed solution to the material inlet of the impinging stream reactor through a circulation pump, making the mixed solution flow to a material impinging zone through a diversion cylinder under the action of pressure, carrying out a reaction, controlling the reaction temperature at 40-65 DEG C, making the impinged material flow to the pre-mixing tank from the material discharging ports on both sides, conveying to the material inlet through the circulation pump, and continuously carrying out the reaction for 1-3 h after adding the hydrogen peroxide solution; and 3) carrying out standing layering on the reaction system, separating to obtain a water phase, neutralizing, carrying out water washing, and carrying out pressure reducing distillation to obtain the tung oil polyol.
