Abstract

The invention provides an online mobile pollution source monitoring system and method. The system disclosed by the invention comprises a monitoring terminal, a server and a Web client. The method comprises the following steps: transmitting acquired information by the monitoring terminal through a 3G/4G network, receiving the transmitted data by the server, and responding to a request of the Web client; transmitting the request to a Web server at the Web client by a user, acquiring information acquired by a monitoring terminal sensor, and drawing time-space distribution of pollutants on an electronic map in combination with a pollutant diffusion model by utilizing a GIS (Global Information System) time-space analysis method according to the data acquired by the monitoring terminal, wherein the Web client comprises a pollutant time-space distribution display module and a mobile pollution source data report module. The method capable of monitoring mobile pollution sources in real time on line provided by the invention is high in real-time property, high in precision, fast in response and wide in coverage, and the monitoring results can be graphically displayed through the Web client.
