Abstract

The invention discloses a method for separating and purifying succinic acid from Bt fermentation liquor. The method comprises the following eight steps: (1) adding an Al2O3 flocculation method to remove precipitation impurities; (2) adding ethyl alcohol to remove the precipitation impurities; (3) adding petroleum ether for extraction to remove supernatant impurities; (4) performing adsorption and roughing by using a macroporous resin column, and performing desorption; (5) performing absolute ethyl alcohol extraction, adding water for concentration to remove ethyl alcohol, and performing freeze drying; (6) performing ethyl ether extraction, adding water for concentration to remove ethyl ether, and performing freeze drying; (7) using an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 (9.4*250mm*5um) chromatographic column; (8) using an Agilent Venusil ASB-C18 (4.6*150mm*5um) chromatographic column.
