Abstract

The sol type polycarbonate material is prepared according to the following steps: taking 8-hydroxyquinoline as a bacteriostatic agent, an ethanol solution thereof as a reaction solution, acrylonitrile as a monomer and dibenzoyl peroxide as an initiator, thereby acquiring an antibacterial polymer; performing electrostatic spinning, thereby acquiring an antibacterial fiber; performing saponification treatment on nylon methyl ester in a sodium hydroxide solution and mixing with the antibacterial fiber, thereby enhancing the antibacterial property of the fiber; blending with hydroxyl activated polycarbonate, participating in condensation reaction with the hydroxy on the surface thereof, and adding an aqueous solution taking titanyl sulfate as a precursor in the process of the condensation reaction; and depositing the acquired titanium sol on the polymer surface through the condensation reaction under the hydrolysis of an antibacterial hydrolysis agent, thereby acquiring the sol type polycarbonate material. The sol is a titanium dioxide particle sol and has an excellent enhancing effect for the antibacterial activity of the end product of the material.
