A method includes: adding functionalized magnetic nanoparticles into a to-be-treated glycoprotein sample, sufficiently stirring for extraction, using a magnet to separate the magnetic nanoparticles from a solution, adding elution liquid to elute off the glycoprotein from the magnetic nanoparticles, and measuring. The covalent organic framework material can selectively enrich glycoprotein and effectively separate the glycoprotein from impurities, so that the method has good extraction effect on the glycoprotein.
