Embodiment 1

[0018] Example 1 ( figure 1 ) The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with embodiment, but content of the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0019] (1) Preparation and classification of ATRP macroinitiator (cellulose-Br) based on cellulose molecules: In a 250mL one-necked flask, add 10g of natural cellulose, dissolve in 100mL ionic liquid chloride 1-allyl-3- In methylimidazole, when it is completely dissolved, add 10mL of anhydrous DMF and 10mL of NMP respectively as diluent and acid absorbent, and slowly add 50mL of 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide dropwise within 1 hour under the condition of cooling to zero degree. The hydroxyl group on the cellulose chain is modified to convert it into a macroinitiator that can be used for ATRP. Then the temperature was naturally raised to room temperature (25° C.), and the reaction was carried out at room temperature for 24 hours. Finally, 500 mL of deionized water was used as a precipitating agent to precip...

Embodiment 2

[0024] Example 2 ( Figure 5 ) Water-dispersible Fe 3 o 4 Preparation of nanorods: (1) Preparation of brush-shaped block polymers: using cellulose-Br as a macromolecular initiator, comprehensively utilizing the experimental method of combining ATRP technology with "linkage" chemistry, modifying the end group as an alkyne group The monofunctional polyethylene glycol mPEG is the precursor of the outermost block, and a series of brush-like diblock polymers with the outermost PEG are prepared: cellulose-g-[PAA-b-PEG].

[0025] (a) Preparation of mPEG whose end group is an alkynyl group: through a nucleophilic substitution reaction, mPEG (i.e. mPEG-propargyl, polyethylene glycol-propargyl) whose end group is prepared is an alkynyl group, and mPEG of two molecular weights used ( for Mn=5,000 and Mn=10,000). The specific steps are as follows: In a 250mL three-necked flask, add 10g of dry mPEG (10.0g, 2.0mmol) with a hydroxyl end group, and then add 150mL of dry tetrahydrofuran (TH...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method capable of preparing a superparamagnetic Fe3O4 nanorod with controllable size and dispersity in a large scale, belonging to the multidisciplinary fields like polymer active polymerization process, functional polymer molecular design and inorganic crystal growth. The method comprises the following steps: (1) with an ionic liquid AMIMCl as a solvent and anhydrous dimethylformamide and N-methylpyrrolidone as a diluent and an acid absorbent, modifying hydroxyl on the chain of cellulose by using 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide so that a macromolecular initiator capable of being used for atom transfer radical polymerization is obtained; (2) by utilizing a continuous polymerization ATRP technology and a click chemistry reaction, respectively preparing a series of brush-shaped di-block polymers, i.e., cellulose-g-[PAA-b-PS] and cellulose-g-[PAA-b-PEG]; and (3) on the basis of a solution phase synthesis method, and with a certain amount of the above-mentioned prepared brush-shaped di-block polymers as a monomolecular template and FeCl2.4H2O, FeCl3.6H2O and NH3.H2O as a precursor compound system, preparing the superparamagnetic Fe3O4 nanorod with oil dispersity and water dispersity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a large-scale preparation of superparamagnetic Fe with controllable size and dispersion 3 o 4 The preparation method of nanorods belongs to polymer living polymerization method, functional polymer molecular design and Fe 3 o 4 Crystal growth and other interdisciplinary fields. In particular, it involves the preparation of a series of superparamagnetic Fe with controllable size, aspect ratio and dispersibility by in-situ crystal growth using bottlebrush-like functional polymers as unimolecular templates. 3 o 4 Nano stave. Background technique [0002] Submicron groups of inorganic or organic materials called nanoparticles, ranging in size from 1 to 100 nanometers, possess many new properties. Superparamagnetic nanoparticles are a new type of functional material that is widely used today. It has superior physical and chemical properties such as superparamagnetism, low Curie temperature and high coercive force, making it wid...
