Abstract

The method includes the steps of: putting the fabric into 80-100DEG Climewater and performing soaking for 3-5h, then using a 50-60DEG C methanol solution containing 30% of ether to perform soaking for 1-2h; taking out the fabric, then spraying a 4.2% acetic acid solution intermittently to the fabric surface for 10sec each time; sending the fabric into a drying machine for drying under a temperature of 60-70DEG C and a drying pressure of 1.3-1.7MPa; washing the fabric with purified water, and the spraying an antistatic finishing agent composition under a pressure of 0.06MPa. The use method provided by the invention can greatly improve the adsorption capacity ofthe fabric to the antistatic finishing agent, also the fabric has good antibacterial properties, does not go mouldy easily and can be degradable, and the polyester fiber in the fabric can be degradedwithin 1-2 years under the corrosion of the soil humic bacteria.
