The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing sodium molybdate and phosphoric acid, dissolvingin deionized water and performing constant-temperature stirring after temperature rise; then adding hydrochloric acid for acidification; subsequently adding cobalt chloride and phenanthroline for continuous constant-temperature stirring, regulating a pH value to a neutral state, packaging mixed liquid in a reaction kettle and reacting for 4-5 hours at a high temperature; cooling, centrifuging anddrying; the difference between a preparation method of a coating material of the Keggin type saturated phosphomolybdate and the preparation method of the Keggin type saturated phosphomolybdate lies inthat the coating material is dissolved in a silver nano-particle solution instead of deionized water; through test, the photo-catalytic material has very good catalytic degradation effect on wastewater, in particular to methylene blue dye wastewater.
