Embodiment 1

[0047] Embodiment 1, a kind of preparation method of bean taro leaf ethanol extract, carries out following steps successively:

[0048] 1), mix taro leaves with 85% ethanol containing 0.1mol / L hydrochloric acid in the ratio of 1g:8ml, and use a juice extractor to beat; the obtained slurry is soaked by ultrasonic (40,000Hz ultrasonic frequency) at 45°C After extracting for 240 min, the extract was centrifuged at 4000 rpm for 30 min,

[0049] The filter residue obtained by centrifugation replaces the taro leaves in the above steps and repeats the beating, ultrasonic extraction and centrifugation of the above steps; the number of repetitions is 3 times;

[0050] The supernatants obtained by the above 3 times of centrifugation were combined to carry out the following step 2).

[0051] 2), the obtained supernatant was concentrated by rotary evaporation in a rotary evaporator (the process parameters set by the rotary evaporation were temperature 38°C, vacuum degree -0.09MPa) until ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a taro leaf water extract. The method comprises the following steps: mixing taro leaves with 85% ethanol with 0.1mol/L of hydrochloric acid, pulping, andperforming ultrasonic extraction and centrifugation to obtain supernate; performing rotation evaporation concentration on the supernate by a rotation evaporator; performing separation purification onthe obtained concentrated liquid with macroporous resin, and using a methanol solution with 0.05% of formic acid as an eluent, performing rotation evaporation concentration on an elution liquid to obtain pulp concentrated liquid, pre-freezing the pulp concentrated liquid firstly, and further drying by a vacuum freeze-drying machine, thereby obtaining powder, namely the taro leaf water extract. The invention further discloses application of the taro leaf water extract in preparation of nerve cell oxidation damage inhibitors.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to a preparation method of an ethanol extract of bean taro leaves and its anti-oxidation application. Background technique [0002] Apios americana Medikus is a perennial leguminous plant (Papilionaceae subfamily) native to the eastern part of North America from Canada to the southern part of Florida. Its edible part is the underground tuber, and its protein content is higher than that of other plant tubers. It is a crop with both nutrition and economic value, so it is often used as a staple food by Indians. Bean taro has been successfully introduced in China since 2009, and has been gradually promoted and planted in Fuyang, Jinhua, Longyou, Wenzhou and other places. Studies have shown that different parts of taro (flowers, vines, leaves, tubers) are rich in free amino acids, soluble proteins, polysaccharides, saponins, flavonoids, isoflavones, vitamin C, vitamin E and minerals. Among them...
