The method comprises the following steps: 1) heating temperature of deionized water to 60DEG C, adding polyethylene glycol 400 with mass concentration being 0.5-1%, tween 80 with the mass concentration being 0.5-1%, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide with the mass concentration being 0.25-0.5%, and propolis with the mass concentration being 0.5-1%, and fully and uniformly stirring the above materials; 2) adding butanetetracarboxylic acid with the mass concentration being 5-10% and sodium hypophosphate with the mass concentration being 3-6%, and fully stirring the materials and dissolving the materials; and 3) immersing the to-be-processed cotton fabric, performing two dipping and padding, wherein a mangle expression rate is 100%, drying the fabric at the temperature of 90 DEG C, and baking the fabric at the temperature of 180 DEG C for 2 min.
