The method includes the steps of: 1) adding alkali mud from a sodium sulfide production line to a primary blending tank, adding water to blend the slurry until water content reaches 50-80%, performing primary filtration, and storing the filtrate to an alkali solution tank; 2) feeding the alkali solution to a desulfurization circulation tank to perform countercurrent contact circulation desulfurization with sulfur-containing flue gas, when pH value of the slurryin the desulfurization circulating tank reaches 5-7, feeding the slurry to a salt impurity filtering machine for filtration, and feeding a desulfurization filter cake to the sodium sulfide preparationstep and the filtrate to a salt impurity liquid buffer tank for storage; 3) feeding the material in the salt impurity liquid buffer tank to a secondary blending tank, blending the material with the primary filtering cake, controlling pH value in the secondary blending tank to 7-9 and performing secondary filtration, feeding the filtrate to the primary blending tank for blending the slurry, and treating the filter cake as common solid waste.
