Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a nonmagnetic cube texture Cu-Ni-Cr alloy substrate for a high-temperature superconducting coating conductor and belongs to the technical field of high-temperature superconducting coating conductor metal substrate. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of smelting and casting raw materials into an ingot or a cast billet; performingforging or hot coarse rolling on the ingot or the cast billet into a plate slab; performing hot rolling to form a hot rolled plate with the thickness being 1-10mm; and performing cold rolling to forma thin plate strip, and finally performing recrystallization annealing, wherein the cold rolling reduction ratio is 95-99 percent; and the cast billet is prepared from the following main components by atomic percentage: 12-60at.% of Cu, 25-73at.% of Ni and 5-15at.% of Cr, except inevitable impurities. Compared with an industrially produced Ni-based alloy substrate for the high-temperature superconducting coating conductor, the Cu-Ni-Cr alloy substrate manufactured by the method has the advantages of nickel conservation, low cost, good high-temperature oxidation resistance, non magnetism in atemperature range of liquid nitrogen and the like in the premise of ensuring to have a sharp cube texture and has wide application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of high-temperature superconducting coated conductor metal substrates, in particular to a method for manufacturing a non-magnetic cubic texture Cu-Ni-Cr alloy substrate for high-temperature superconducting coated conductors. Background technique [0002] Since the discovery of La-Ba-Cu-O superconducting materials by Müller et al. in 1986, high-temperature superconducting materials have developed rapidly, and the application of a series of rare earth Cu oxide superconductors in the liquid nitrogen temperature region has become a reality. The preparation of high-temperature superconducting coating conductor materials on metal substrates has significant advantages such as high critical current density, low cost, and convenient use, and has become a research hotspot for international practical high-temperature superconducting materials. High-temperature superconducting coated conductors require the metal baseban...
