The initial use amount concentration of the initiator is 0.05 to 0.5 mol/l; the total monomer concentration of the diacetone acryloamide and the acrylic amide is 1 to 8mol/l; in the initiator, the persulfate is one of potassium persulfate, sodium persulfate or ammonium persulfate, and the hydrosulphite is one of potassium hydrosulphite, sodium hydrosulphite or ammonium hydrosulphite.
