Abstract

The ultraviolet light-curing polytetrafluoroethylene-based bonded solid lubricating coating is prepared from the following components in percent by mass: 4.00-10.00% of oligomer, 1.00-2.00% of active monomer, 0.20-0.50% of photoinitiator, 0.70-1.40% of coupling agent, 6.0-14.0%of lubricant, 0.50-1.50% of filler and the balance of diluent.
