The main desulfurizer used in the novel dry-process cement kiln flue gas catalytic desulfurizer is added at the raw meal hoist of the novel dry-process cement kiln. The amount added is 5-7 times the mass of the main desulfurizer. The desulfurizer of the invention has quick effect, low cost, simple production operation and does not affect the normal production of cement enterprises.
