Abstract

The invention discloses a silver nanowire coating solution for a flexible photoelectric device. A preparation process for the silver nanowire coating solution comprises the following steps: adding theaqueous dispersion of silver nanowires, aqueous acrylic resin, diallylamine and a composite solvent into a vacuum mixer for vacuum defoamation and carrying out uniform mixing to obtain a mixed solution; adding pyrroloquinoline quinone and sodium carboxymethylcellulose into the mixed solution under stirring, and continuing stirring for about 10 minutes to realize full and uniform mixing so as to obtain a water-soluble resin solution which is a water-soluble polyester resin solution; and adding a certain amount of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and isopropoxyethanol into the vacuum mixer, and continuing stirring to realize uniform mixing so as to obtain the silver nanowire slurry. The silver nanowire slurry of the invention is reduced in electrical resistivity and improved in the adhesion of silver nanowire water to a base film after subsequent coating.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of a silver nanowire coating solution, in particular to a preparation process of a silver nanowire slurry for a flexible conductive film. Background technique [0002] Flexible products such as wearable devices are becoming more and more popular. The development of flexible products is inseparable from flexible substrates. However, the current immaturity of flexible substrates has led to a bottleneck in the development of flexible products. Among the PSS, graphene, carbon nanotubes, and nanometal wires that can realize flexible conductive substrates, silver nanowires are currently the most likely material to realize commercial flexible conductive films, and their research has attracted much attention. As a metal nanomaterial, silver nanowires are insoluble in various solvents. Therefore, in order to make it possible to use low-cost spray coating, roller coating, blade coating and other processing methods,...
