The preparation of the skin care composition comprises the steps: heating deionized water to 70 to 90 DEG C,adding the glycine betaine and the 1,3-propylene glycol and stirring and dissolving evenly; cooling 45 DEG C or less, adding the plant extract and stirring and dissolving evenly to obtain the skin care composition with the sensitive skin relieving and repairing effects.
