Abstract

The composition is prepared from 10% to 20% of plant extract, 5% to 10% of glycine betaine, 20% to 30% of 1,3-propylene glycol and water, wherein the plant extract includes flos chrysanthemi indici extract,herba dendrobii officinale extract, radix sophorae flavescentis extract and aloe extract. The preparation of the skin care composition comprises the steps: heating deionized water to 70 to 90 DEG C,adding the glycine betaine and the 1,3-propylene glycol and stirring and dissolving evenly; cooling 45 DEG C or less, adding the plant extract and stirring and dissolving evenly to obtain the skin care composition with the sensitive skin relieving and repairing effects. The composition disclosed by the invention is prepared from the natural relieving raw materials; when the composition is appliedto skin care products, the composition can reduce histamine release, inhibit hyaluronidase activity, repair a skin barrier function and reduce skin care product irritation and has the effects of moderating, relieving and repairing the sensitive skin.
