Problems solved by technology

[0011] At present, the flame retardant effect of most halogen-free flame retardants is not ideal. When the flame retardant content in the flame retardant material is less than 20%, it is difficult to meet the requirements of B1 flame retardant materials
At the same time, flame retardants that are generally insoluble in water are difficult to suspend stably in latex for a long time; while hydrophilic flame retardants seriously affect the water resistance of the polymer after film formation

Abstract

The invention discloses a nano-material in-situ modified halogen-free efficient flame-retardant cationic emulsion. The nano-material in-situ modified halogen-free efficient flame-retardant cationic emulsion is obtained through subjecting raw materials to cationic in-situ polymerization, wherein based on 100 parts by weight, the raw materials comprises 40-60 parts of water, 25-35 parts of acrylatemonomer, 3-15 parts of antimony pentoxide nano-hydrosol, 0.5-5 parts of hindered amine free radical capturing agent, 0.1-1.5 parts of azo diisobutyl amidine hydrochloride, 0.1-3 parts of emulsifier, 4-7 parts of cationic starch dispersion solution and 0-0.5 parts of silane coupling agent. The invention further discloses a preparation method for the halogen-free efficient flame-retardant cationic emulsion. According to the halogen-free efficient flame-retardant cationic emulsion disclosed by the invention, a flame-retardant system, prepared from antimony pentoxide nano-sol and the hindered amine free radical capturing agent through cooperation, is effectively distributed on the surfaces of or in the acrylic polymer emulsion particles in a nano scale; and the flame-retardant effect is very efficient, and the emulsion is halogen-free and environmentally friendly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a halogen-free high-efficiency flame-retardant cationic emulsion modified in-situ by nanomaterials and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a halogen-free high-efficiency flame-retardant cationic emulsion modified in-situ by nanomaterials and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, when selecting polymer materials, their flame retardant performance has become one of the main factors that must be considered, which also highlights the urgency of the development of flame retardant technology for polymer materials. However, in recent years, there have been few technical reports on halogen-free, high-efficiency, environmentally friendly water-based flame-retardant polymer materials, among which technologies that can have high flame retardancy, high cost performance, and can be industrialized are even rarer. [0003] Hindered amines have long been used as light stabilizers in polyolefins. Hi...
